3 cup, chopped Carrots
6 cup Chicken Stock
4/5 package Medium Firm
1 medium Onions
400 grams Tomatoes Diced
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

chop all ingredients. add onions in first with a little olive oil on the bottom. throw the tofu in next, stirring occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn or stick to the pan. next add the stock and the rest of the vegetables. simmer until carrots are soft. add some cinnamon nutmeg and other spices as you see fit.
