Pureed soup with carrots and pumpkin

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Carrot Soup

1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups diced onion
1 tbsp paprika
2 cloves garlic
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
3 cups sliced carrots
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups pumpkin
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Carrot Soup

  1. Saute onion, carrots and potato in butter.

  2. Add garlic, paprika and pepper.

  3. Add chicken broth, water and pumpkin.

  4. Cook until all vegetables are tender.

  5. Puree in food processor.
