154 grams Onion
264 grams Carrots
443 grams Pumpkin
20 grams Stock
850 grams Water
300 ml Skim Milk

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin and Carrot Soup with Ginger

  1. Prepare and Chop all the veg

  2. Add to pan with stock cubes 1 teaspoon ground ginger and water

  3. Bring to boil then lower to a simmer for 18 - 20 mins until the veg is soft

  4. Take off heat, liquidise, return to pan stir in milk and re heat to serve
