I think the baking powder and soda should've been measured in teaspoons instead of tablespoons.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Carrot Cake

1 cup grated carrot
2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup egg white
1/8 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup molasses
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbs. baking powder
2 tbs. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

  1. Mix ingredients well.
