Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Cake

1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 large eggs
1 cup water
1 cup canned pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 10" bundt pan.

  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, water and pumpkin in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.

  3. Bake 40 - 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. Cool in pan for 25 min. then invert onto serving plate and frost as described above.
