Mixture of pumpkin pie filling and brownie mix lowers the fat and calories of a traditional brownie, and adds a wonderful flavor and texture!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Brownies

80 g Brownie Mix
5 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
15 oz can pumpkin
14 oz evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Brownies

Combine brownie mix with two eggs, oil and water. Spread in bottom of two 13x9 baking pan, sprayed with oil. In bowl slightly beat 3 eggs, add pumpkin and spices, mix. Add evaporated milk and beat until smooth. Pour half of pumpkin filling into each pan. Swirl pumpkin into brownie mix just until it is "pretty." Bake 10 min at 450; then bake at 350 until fork comes out clean, about 20 - 30 minutes.
