Moist sweet nutty pumpkin bread with the same taste as pumpkin pie.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1/2 cup pumpkin
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Beat egg and sugar together until lemon yellow in apperence. Add to this the oil and whip until well incorporated. Add Flour and water alternatly until combined. Add to this the nuts, or if you like add Raisins Dried Cranberries or Chocolate Chips. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
