Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

3 cup Pumpkin
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
5 cup Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. mix together first 4 ingredients

  2. combine ll dry ingredients

  3. fill 3 greased loaf pans

  4. 350 for 1 hour check center w/toothpick
