Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

16 oz. can pumpkin
1 cup canola oil
3.33 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 Eggs
2/3 cup cold water
3 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. Beat eggs until frothy.

  2. Add pumpkin, oil, and water, beating after each.

  3. Add dry ingredients.

  4. Grease 3 loaf pans and put in batter.

  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
