Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1 cup(245 g) Pumpkin
8 oz Egg Whites
300 grams Sugars, Granulated
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.17 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cream together wet ingredients, then gradually add the dry ingredients until well blended. Bake for 1 hour.
