Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

8 oz pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Cardamom

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Grease loaf pan

  3. Mix pumpkin, sugars, oil, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.

  5. Bake 50-60 minutes.
