Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
1.25 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 cup Pumpkin
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
12 grams Sweetener
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
0.25 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour , baking soda, salt and spices. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, beat pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, buttermilk eggs and applesauce together until smooth

  4. Stir in flour mixture until just combines. Do not overmix

  5. Pour pumpkin bread batter into prepared pan.

  6. Bake pumpkin bread 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
