Perfect for fall! Wonderful toasted! Also makes great muffins!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

15 ounce pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4 tbsp flaxseed
8 tbsp water
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Combine wet ingredients

  3. Mix everything together

  4. Put in greased 9X5 in loaf pans and bake for 60-70 minutes at 325 degrees
