2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. dates
2 T. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pinch cloves

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Combine all ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
