Altered pumpkin bread recipe.. a little less sugar and added bran and flax seed.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
7 1/2 ounces pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup almond meal
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Mix wet ingredients and sugar well, then add walnuts. Sift together flour and remaining dry ingredients. Mix together until flour is all mixed in, then pour into greased/floured loaf pans and bake at 350 for approx. 50 minutes, until toothpick comes out dry.
