Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoons salt
1 large egg
1 large egg white
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Bake at 350 F for 55 minutes, or divide into 3 mini bread pans and bake for 25 minutes.
