Great tasting quick-bread, seasoned nicely.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
16 oz. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. allspice
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Cream sugar & oil. Add eggs and pumpkin, mix well. Sift dry ingredients together; add dry ingredients alternatively with water. Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until tests done. Let stand 10 minutes then remove from pan.
