Pumpkin Bread (Using canned pumpkin)

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c Canned Pumpkin
2 3/4 c flour
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c pecans

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. CREAM butter and sugars in a large bowl until light. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Beat in pumpkin.

  2. COMBINE dry ingredients in small bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture. Mix until just blended.

  3. SPOON into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2" loaf pans.

  4. BAKE in pre heated 350 degree oven for 1 hr 10 min or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 10 min.

  5. REMOVE form pans; cool on wire rack.
