Nice low fat moist bread (not too moist though)

Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin bread

1 cup flour
2 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
3 egg whites
15 oz. pumpkin
1 cup applesauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbs. flax seed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for pumpkin bread

  1. * for sugar use 2 cups non calorie sweetner

  2. add spices you like (cinnamon, nutmeg,ginger, ect)

  3. Mix wet ingredients in mixer

  4. mix dry ingredients and slowly add to wet mixture

  5. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes
