Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

2 cups fresh pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. Stir flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and sugar.

  2. Add eggs, water oil and pumpking

  3. Stir until blended

  4. Add nuts.

  5. Pour into lightly greased and floured 9 x 5 pan.

  6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees

  7. Remove and cool 10 minutes
