3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cups Splenda
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup water
1 cup pumpkin
1 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup nuts

Recipe Directions for pumpkin bread

  1. Bake at 350 for approx. one hour

  2. This makes one large loaf (possibly could make 2 muffins too.)
