Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin bread

1 1/2 cup whole grain flour
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tbs lemon juice
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup pumpkin

Recipe Directions for pumpkin bread

  1. mix dry ingredients in one bowl

  2. mix wet ingredients in another

  3. beat in eggs

  4. fold in dry mix

  5. bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit
