Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

15 oz Pure Pumpkin
4 large Egg, White
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
3.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.66 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Baking Soda
1.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

  1. Preheat oven 350 and greaseand flour three loaf pans.

  2. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Once you've stirred up the wet add the dry and then pour into loaf pans. Bake about 50 minutes.
