Makes 24 servings



This is a wonderfully satisfying bread that is great eaten warm and it freezes well. I bake it in a 9x13 glass casserole dish, cut it into 3rds (equivillant to 3 loaves) and then slice it into 24 pieces.

Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin bread

2 cups pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for pumpkin bread

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

  3. If desired. sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.

  4. Bake at 350' for 35 - 40 min.
