Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
2 teaspoon baking soda
3 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Mix all dry ingredients and stir into remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or til done. Remove immediately from pan. Makes 2 loaves.
