2.92 cups oat flour , 3.5 cups red mill oat flour
3 cup splenda no calorie
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large egg
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pound pumpkin
3/4 cup apple sauce

cook at 350 for 1 hour, cool 10min in pans, remove and cool on racks
