Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin bread with pecan studel topping

1/2 cup butter
8 oz. pumpkin
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/10 cup water
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/10 cup candied pecan

Recipe Directions for pumpkin bread with pecan studel topping

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 X 5 baking dish.Combine wet beat until combine then add dry ingredients.

  2. Combine 2 Tbsp of butter flour and 3 tbsp of brown sugar cut with edge of fork until pea size crumbs. Add cinnamon with .25 tsp and .25 tsp nutmeg and chopped pecans. Add topping to loaf and bake for appx. 1 hr until tooth pick comes out clean.
