15 oz Pumpkin
1.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.25 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
3 oz Vegetable Oil
0.33 cup Natural Classic Flavors
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread-Low Fat & Sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.

  2. Beat on slow in mixer pumpkin, sugar, Splenda, oil, applesauce, and water. Add in one at a time, the eggs and mix well. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Gradually add dry ing. to wet. Once all dry is added stir in vanilla.

  3. Grease two large bread pans. Divide the batter evenly. Bake about 70 minutes. check with toothpick after 60 min. Can add nuts or rasins if desired.
