1 cup Pumpkin
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup FAGE Total 0%
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Applesauce
3 large Egg, White
3 large Egg, Whole
4.75 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
1.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1.5 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread Lite

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9x5 inch loaf pans.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, oil, yogurt, sugar, applesauce, honey and eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; stir into the pumpkin mixture until well blended. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The top of the loaf should spring back when lightly pressed.
