may need tweeking, haven't tried yet - have tried "WW Pumpkin Muffins" (see in my recipes) which turned out nicely

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread Lite

3/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c. white whole wheat flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread Lite

  1. Mix wet and dry separately then together.

  2. Spoon into greased muffin tin.

  3. Bake at 350 until done.
