3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup pecans, chopped
2/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla
