Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread 1

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cloves

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bread 1

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 95x3″ loaf pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugars, and baking soda.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, apple sauce, eggs, water, and spice

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined

  4. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan

  5. Bake 50 minutes to an hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool the loaf on a wire rack before serving
