Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin bread 1

2 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 2/3 cup apple sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for pumpkin bread 1

  1. mix together wet ingredients in large bowl.

  2. in separate bowl stir together dry ingredients, add to wet while stirring, stir until blended.

  3. pour into greased bake pans (fills 3 ~5"x7" pans).

  4. bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
