Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin blueberry Walnut Muffins 1

3/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup All Bran Cereal
3 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
15 oz Pumpkin Puree
3 Whole Eggs
1 cup Honey
2 t Cinnamon
1 t Ginger
1 cup Blueberries
1 1/2 cup Oatmeal
12 oz Fat Free Yogurt
1 1/2 cup Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin blueberry Walnut Muffins 1

  1. Grind walnuts and yogurt together into food processor until smooth. Blend Dry ingredients together. Mix wet with dry.

  2. Fill Muffin tins to the top.

  3. Bake 350 for 30-45 min.

  4. Makes 30 regular muffins
