Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin-Beetroot Soup

2 carrot
1 cup pumpkin
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 broccoli
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup beetroot
1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
1 tbsp ginger
1 pepper, grilled veggies spice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin-Beetroot Soup

  1. Fry onion and garlic in pumpkin oil

  2. Add previously grilled pumpkin, carrot, ginger, etc.

  3. Cook it amig egyet rottyan

  4. Add spices

  5. Feel free to add whatever other veggies you find in the fridge :)
