Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Beef Chili

1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic salt
1 pound ground beef
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
2 cups pumpkin
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Beef Chili

Brown beef (turkey if you like). Dump the rest in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
