Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin base

3 cups pumpkin, fresh, cubed
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin base

  1. Peel and cubed pumpkin flesh, scrapped of seeds and strings. Or put whole small pumpkins, pierced, into microwave just long enough to soften for easy scooping out of flesh.

  2. Put all ingreadients inot small crokpot and cook till easily mashed with a fork, mixing occasionally.

  3. May also puree cooked pumpkin in the blender.

  4. Serve and eat, or use in recipes like canned pumpkin.
