Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bars

4 eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
16 oz pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bars

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin till fluffy and light.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread batter in ungreased 15x10x1" pan. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Cool Frost with cream cheese icing makes 2 dozen thick bars.
