Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bars

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 cups quick oats
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup splenda no calorie
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
15 oz canned pumpkin
1 cup applesauce
1 tbs vanilla
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2/3 cup canola oil
4 egg whites
14 oz light cool whip

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Bake for 20-23 minutes(checking at 20minutes)

  3. In large bowl combine dry ingredients

  4. In small bowl combine pumpkin, applesauce, vanilla, milk, oil, egg whites

  5. Stir ingredients togther until everything is moist

  6. Grease two 9x13 pans

  7. Split mixture between the two pans evenly

  8. Once bars are cool split cool whip between the two pans and refrigerate.
