This is a revised version of Grandma Hatties recipe, I substituted oil with applesauce, substitued 4 eggs with egg substitute, cut back on the sugar and cut out the salt

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bars

4 ounces of egg substitute
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 cup applesauce
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bars

Mix it all together. Bake till done
