Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Bars

2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 c canola oil
2 t baking powder
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t cloves
1/2 t nutmeg
4 eggs
2 c pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bars

Sift dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In separate bowl mix sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Add pumpkin. Add sifted dry ingredients a little at a time. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
