4 whole eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Bars, Original Recipe

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil & pumpkin together

  2. Sift together, flour, bkg powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda

  3. Bake 350 25-30 min till done

  4. Do not need to grease the pan
