Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

4 eggs
15 oz pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix eggs, pumpkin and oil until smooth.

  3. Sift together remaining ingredients.

  4. Mix flour mixture into egg mixture.

  5. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake 30-40 minutes.

  6. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, butter and sugar until smooth. Frost bars when cool.

  7. Keep refrigerated.
