1.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.67 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 large Egg, White
3 cup All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Mix pumpkin, banana, zucchini, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pans. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 9-inch loaf 1 hour 10 mins to 1 hour 30 mins until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
