*3c Sugar *1c Shortening *1 Pumpkin Can *2/3c Water *4 Eggs --3 1/2c Plain (all purpose) flour --1tsp Cinnamon --1tsp Nutmeg --1 1/2tsp Salt --2tsp Baking Soda *-Note: To make Banana Bread, sub. 2c.mashed bananas. may also add 1c of chopped walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin or Banana Bread

3 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 cup(205 g) Shortening
1 cup, mashed Pumpkin
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water
200 grams Egg, Whole
14 serving Flour
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin or Banana Bread

  1. mix all * in one bowl, mix a -- in 2nd bowl.

  2. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet, mix well.

  3. Bake @ 350 for 1hr in 2 greased, floured loaf pans.
