Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Apple Walnut Bread

3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground allspice
16 oz pumpkin, canned
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups apples, chopped
1 cup walnut halves, chopped

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Apple Walnut Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients (pumpking, oil, sugar, and eggs) separately.

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

  4. Fold in apples and walnut.

  5. Bake 50-60 minutes.
