Dark pumpernickel bread---recipe analyzer would NOT allow me to enter the chia seeds that I put in the bread, so I guess it can be up to you. If you'd like, add 2-3 Tbsp of chia seeds to the mix

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpernickel Bread

1/4 c egg substitute
2 c Water
2 tsp olive or canola oil
2 tbsp applesauce
2 g Stevia Sweetener
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp salt
1 c bread flour
16 g wheat gluten
2 c Organic Rye Pumpernickel Flour
2 tbsp caraway seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tsp instant coffee granules
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Pumpernickel Bread

For BREAD MACHINE--add all ingredients (water should be very warm-80degrees), in order & set for 1.5lb wheat course. May need to add extra warm water during mixing. Add 1Tbsp at a time.
