Whole wheat healthy pumpkin rasin muffin

Recipe Ingredients for Pumkin Rasin Oatmeal Muffuns

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup molasses
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup rasins
3 tablespoons flax seed

Recipe Directions for Pumkin Rasin Oatmeal Muffuns

Mix dry ingredients together. Form well in mixture and place wet ingredients well. mix until batter is wet. add rasins( soak in warm water first) and walnut. Cook at 350 for abou 15- 18 minutes. Spray muffin pan with light oil.
