Recipe Ingredients for Pumkin Oatmeal

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
61 3/10 grams Pumpkin
2 serving Light Brown Sugar
0.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumkin Oatmeal

Mix all ingredients in a small baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
