Recipe Ingredients for Pumkin Cheesecake Topping

20 ounces sour cream
3 ounces granulated sugar
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
6 g (or 1 tbsp) brandy
1 tbsp pumpkin puree

Recipe Directions for Pumkin Cheesecake Topping

  1. Mix everything together except the pumpkin puree.

  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of your mixture in a small bowl.

  3. Take your mixture and put it on top of your cheesecake.

  4. Then take the reserve mixture and mix it with your pumpkin puree. Use this to pipe decorations onto your yummy pumpkin cheesecake!
